Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the studio policy. A clear understanding of the policy will reduce confusion later on.

Studio rate is $50/hr. Engineer is always included. Block or project rates are negotiable. Give me a call and I can probably accomodate your budget.

New clients may be asked for a deposit of 50% of time booked. All changes and cancellations require notice of one full business day (Friday a.m. for Monday a.m. sessions). This gives me a chance to get on the phone and re-book your time. Clients must agree to pay in full for cancellations without due notice. Session time begins at the scheduled time. Feel free to arrive a bit early. It is your responsibility to be on time. Please allow plenty of time for traffic and parking.

Unless other specific arrangements are agreed to, payment for sessions is due at the end of each session. Sorry, I don't accept credit cards. Masters may be held until all accounts are paid.

Data Backup
Data Stream is happy to keep your files on site for the duration of your project. They will be backed up once on site and maximum care will be taken to protect them. HOWEVER, I can not be held responsible for them in case of fire, flood, accidental erasure, or any other damage. Data Steam Clients are encouraged to bring there own firewire hard drive for file backups.
